BRIDGE KOREA is managed by EVON PARTNERS, officially registered marketing service company in Korea.

BRIDGE KOREA is a marketing platform that helps to link foreigners with the right service providers for their various needs in Korea.

In this Payment & Refund Policy, 'We' and 'BRIDGE KOREA' mean EVON PARTNERS.


Online Shop
You may purchase various items of travel, souvenir, and culture in our online shop. The currency of prices is US Dollars.


Service Fee

Our service fee starts from $10, however the exact service fee may vary, and can be confirmed based on the type of services you request. We charge the most reasonable fee for our professional service. If you are thinking to study in Korea and hope to experience dynamic Korean culture, please do not hesitate to send your enquiry.

※ Notice :  Service fee is NOT inclusive of fee for schools or programs, activities, air ticket, and accommodation.


Payment Method

Stripe is a secure and reliable payment method. When you apply for our service or want to buy items online, you may make your payment with Stripe through a variety of payment methods.



We do NOT accept refunds for product, PDF download purchases.


Regarding service fee, both the parties reserve the right to cancel the service at any stage.

In case the service is cancelled by BRIDGE KOREA, all the payments made for the service will be refunded.

However, in case customer wants to cancel the service and get a refund, our refund policy is as follows.

For the service of Study in Korea, and Culture & Travel programs,

  • We will process your refund request in accordance with Stripe's refund procedure.
  • All refund requests are valid only by email.
  • Refund request time is based on the date and time indicated in the email. (by Local Korean Time)
  • If you request a refund within 3 days after the payment, we apply for the refund of 30% of your payment. However, you will receive the amount less than 30% of your original payment. This is due to exchange rate and other relevant processing fee.
  • After 3 days from your payment, the refund is NOT available. This is because most of important works for your service are usually done within 3 days.
  • If additional Payment and Refund Policies are specified for an individual service or product, those stated terms and conditions shall take precedence over these general Payment and Refund Policies.


In case of all Local Support or Help Services, such as airport pick-up, settlement support, language support and personal errands, etc. Refund is NOT available because we start working for your service at your request in a very prompt way.

Once again, we urge you to make sure that you read all the policies above and give us any enquiry before making the payment. If you proceed the payment by using Stripe, it is fully considered that you give your full agreement with our payment and service fee policy. Thank you.
